Because of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the social distancing restrictions this brings with it, we have remodelled our training courses so that we are able to deliver interactive live virtual training sessions. Our courses are as always the high quality delivered by our Dynamic First Aid Ltd trainers.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) has resulted in many businesses hesitating to organise face-to- face training sessions in the current climate. We have as a result produced a range of virtual courses to ensure that organisations still comply with legislation and compliance. We have worked hard with our Awarding Bodies to gain approval for many of our accredited courses to be delivered via these Virtual Sessions.
Whilst nothing can ever replace face-to-face training, we believe that our Virtual training sessions are as close as you can get to replacing it, far better than on-line training as you still have a trainer there to drive the learning experience. Your staff can enter the training “room” via many methods of technology including computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones etc., all they require is access to the internet. Each session can have between 12-15 students, this allows the groups to remain small enough to feel like a real classroom without feeling overwhelmed.
Each session has been planned to ensure it feels as close to face-to-face sessions as possible with group and individual activities. We can display PowerPoint presentations, share videos, run polls, set assessment processes etc. Students can ask questions by either asking the trainer directly or they can write the question to the trainer via a chat facility, which only the trainer can see making it less imposing for some students. We have a mix of full day courses and half-day courses, which can be mixed and matched to meet your needs.
